NEW AT PREMIUM ORGANIC CAFE:
Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Gedeo Worka
The very best of the crop!
Coffee beans selected and roasted by Caffe Ibis
Ethiopian Gedeo Worka is a great example of a natural processed Ethiopian coffee. Its flavors are lush and fruity. The Gedeo zone of Yirgacheffe is home to many great coffee cooperatives, including Worka, which is made up of over 300 small-scale growers. Together, they sun-dry their coffee on raised drying beds, using good air flow and careful rotation, which are key to "clean," fruity coffee. Worka is an Organic and Fair Trade-certified cooperative.
